Correction
On calling a Subaru retailer a dealer.
An earlier version of our 2027 Crosstrek coverage called Subaru's sales network a chain of "dealers." Subaru keeps no dealers. It keeps retailers, about 640 of them, and the word is the company's own. A maker's chosen name for the counter that sells its cars is not ours to overrule. The record is corrected.
