Porsche's First-Half U.S. Sales Carried by the 911, Deliveries Up 56.3 Percent

The 911 was the standout as Porsche's overall U.S. volume fell to 33,012 first-half retail deliveries, with 718 production concluded and an all-electric Cayenne flagged as arriving soon, the company reported.

ATLANTA - The Porsche 911 was the standout performer in the first half of 2026, with year-to-date U.S. deliveries up 56.3 percent over 2025 to 8,478 vehicles, Porsche Cars North America reported.

The gain came as the company's overall U.S. volume declined. Porsche reported total U.S. retail deliveries of 33,012 vehicles for the first half of the year, in a release dated July 9 covering sales from April 1 to June 30. Overall volume was affected by portfolio changes, including the conclusion of 718 production and planned lower battery-electric deliveries, Porsche said.

The 718 has ended production, with deliveries totaling 244 units year-to-date, according to PCNA.

The Macan remained Porsche's volume leader, with 11,552 deliveries in the first half, or about 35 percent of retail sales, the company reported. Cayenne second-quarter deliveries totaled 4,969 units, essentially matching the 4,996 delivered in the same period a year earlier.

Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned sales totaled 24,695 vehicles in the first half, up 6.5 percent from the first half of 2025, the company reported.

Porsche said the 911 GT3 S/C and an all-electric Cayenne are "arriving soon." The company did not announce specifications, pricing or on-sale dates for either.

All figures are Porsche's own reported retail deliveries.
