MINI's John Cooper Works Team Takes Third in Class in Open 2 Wheel Drive at Rally Colorado
MINI USA said the John Cooper Works 2-Door of Drew Quillen and David Quillen finished third in class in Open 2 Wheel Drive at the fifth round of the 2026 ARA National Championship, held July 18-19 in Colorado, and that the John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 finished sixth in class in Limited 4 Wheel Drive.
WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. - MINI USA said the John Cooper Works 2-Door driven by Drew Quillen and David Quillen finished third in class in Open 2 Wheel Drive (National O2WD) at "Rally Colorado," round five of the 2026 American Rally Association National Championship, held July 18-19 in and near Rangely in Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
The John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4, driven by Felicia Killman and Luis Perocarpi, finished sixth in class in Limited 4 Wheel Drive (National L4WD).
"'Rally Colorado' was a success for our MINI JCW Team this weekend. We have been making progress with our two MINIs as we continue to fight for podium finishes in the 2026 ARA National Championship," said Luis Perocarpi, team owner, LAP Motorsport. "Both the John Cooper Works 2-Door and the John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 delivered strong performances throughout the Colorado stages. We're looking forward to keeping our progress going for the next rally in August."
The season continues with the Ojibwe Forests Rally, Aug. 27-29; Overmountain Rally Tennessee, Sept. 18-19; and the Lake Superior Performance Rally, Oct. 9-10, MINI said.
